Yes, we ask that you commit for a minimum of 6 weeks. To achieve meaningful changes in body composition whether weight loss or muscle gain - a period of 6 weeks is required. This time allows for consistent training, progressive adaptation and development of healthy habits, ensuring that clients can realistically reach their goals.

Small group training involves a personalised workout experience in a group setting, consisting of maximum 6 participants. This format allows for more individualised attention from the trainer and a cheaper alternative to personal training. Sessions are designed to address specific goals and fitness levels.
-
While both formats provide guidance and support, small group training offers a more social and collaborative atmosphere. In small groups, you benefit from shared experiences and encouragement from friends, which can enhance motivation. However, you’ll receive more personalised attention than in larger classes, allowing for feedback and adjustments based on individual needs.
-
These classes are all about building strength, muscle and confidence. Every session is part of a structured 6-week progressive strength block, with a focus on mastering form, lifting with intent, and getting stronger over time.
You can expect:
Full-body strength sessions, with an emphasis on key movement patterns like squats, hinges, pushes, and pulls
Compound lifts (e.g. barbell squats, dumbbell presses, Romanian deadlifts), tailored with regressions and progressions for all levels
Targeted accessory work to support glute, back, and core development
The goal is simple: to help you build strength, improve technique, and feel more capable in and out of the gym - all within a supportive group environment.
-
If you enjoy the idea of working out with others while still receiving personalised attention and guidance, small group training could be a great fit for you. It’s ideal for those looking for a supportive environment to stay motivated and accountable while striving to achieve their fitness goals.
