These photos are 3 weeks apart! We have reached week 7 of our wedding prep which is half way until the big day!
The results so far:
The dress now zips up + Down 14 to now a size 12 in both top & pants
Down 5kg on scale
Down 6cm on hips
Down 4cm on waist
What we have done:
We have a weekly plan that has structure & intention. We know what targets we need to hit to be on track. This client gets on the scales and takes measurements once a week so theres no obsession or mixed emotions over fluctuation with the numbers.
